Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Seller: Jukebox Revival.
Buyer/Customer: The business customer who purchases products via the webshop www.jukebox-revival.eu, www.jukebox-revival.nl or www.jukebox-revival.com.
Products: New and used items offered for sale on the webshop.
Agreement: The agreement between the Seller and the Buyer for the purchase of Products.
Day: calendar day;
Durable data carrier: every tool - including e-mail - that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information that is addressed to him personally, in a way that allows future consultation or use for a period of time appropriate to the purpose for which the information is intended, and that allows unaltered reproduction of the stored information
Agreement: an agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer. both in the context of an organised system for distance selling of products, digital content and/or services, than sale in shop.
2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.

3. Orders and Agreement

3.1. Orders are placed via the webshop and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

3.2. The Agreement is concluded when the Seller has confirmed the Buyer's order.

3.3 The Seller may unilaterally dissolve the sale at any time.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. Prices are exclusive of VAT. As an indication, they are also stated inclusive of VAT. VAT rates are calculated based on VAT number and address on the checkout page.  

4.2. Payment must be made according to the payment methods stated in the webshop unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5. Delivery

5.1. The Seller will make every effort to deliver the products as soon as possible. If products are not in stock, the Seller will inform the Customer. Whenever possible, the Seller may proceed to send a partial order. 

5.2. The risk of loss or damage is for the buyer if he chooses uninsured shipping.

5.3. If the buyer has not opted for insured shipping, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the shipment is presented to the delivery service.

5.4 If the delivery is delivered damaged and the customer has opted for insured delivery, the customer must notify the seller within 24 hours via the e-mail address given on the contact page, with the following documents:
- Photograph of the package (if possible unopened) 
- Photo of the shipping label.
- Photo of the product/item in the box including packaging material
- Photo of the article

5.5 If possible, the seller will repair or replace the item. If this is not possible an appropriate solution will be offered.
 
6. Warranty

6.1. The Seller guarantees that the Products comply with the applicable specifications listed on the product page.

6.2 Images may differ from the Product.

6.3. The warranty period and conditions vary per product. These can be requested via the email address given on the contact page.  

7. Return policy

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return Products within the warranty period when the products do not meet the specifications listed on the product page.
7.2 Before items can be returned, prior contact must always be made via the email address on the contact page.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the Products concerned, excluding shipping costs. 

9. Complaints procedure

9.1 In the event of complaints, the Customer must first contact the Seller.

9.2 Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within 24 hours, fully and clearly described, after the customer has discovered the defects.

9.3 Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the entrepreneur will respond within the 3-day period with a notice of receipt and an indication of when the customer can expect a more detailed answer.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

10.1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

10.2. All possible legal disputes arising from the agreement , shall be settled by the district court in Breda.
