The Jukebox of John Lennon
The Discomatic is a British portable jukebox with Swiss mechanism that John Lennon bought in 1965. It became famous through photos of Lennon with this device. On tour with The Beatles, it became his personal music companion.
With space for 40 7-inch 45rpm records and selection buttons on both sides for 80 possible selections, the Discomatic was ideal for anyone who wanted to take great music on the road. Compact enough for travel, but fully functional.
