Hefter on 21-07-2019I had to replace both not properly working output transformers of my Wurlitzer amplifier 534 which got a complete "face-lifting" by replacing most of the electrical components.
I ordered 2 Hammond 1650FA and they arrived after a few days. Fast shipping in a solid package: Thank you jukebox-revival.eu.
With only little modification both 1650FA fit perfect. The cables are long enough which makes the electrical installation very easy. After installing the amplifier in the Jukebox I switched it on for the first time and boom, what a sound!
Although Hammond Transformers are not the cheapest I am very happy choosing them to get my Wurlitzer back to live.
Conclusion:
It was a good idea to buy Hammond transformers and to buy them from https://www.jukebox-revival.eu. No troubles, everything was perfect from placing the order to the moment switching on the jukebox for the first time. The result is very convincing, the Wurlitzer just sounds like 60 years ago, great!
